SUNGLASSES AND FRAMES
The warranty for frames and sunglasses is provided for a period of 6 months, provided that the glasses are used correctly. Glasses are repaired in all opticians of the network, where there is a master - it is not necessary to contact the same optician where the product was purchased.
The warranty for glasses is not provided in case of damage to the glasses that occurred as a result of:
- Careless use;
- Non-compliance with the rules of use;
- Independent replacement of part of the frame, lenses or repair;
- Physical wear and tear after the end of the warranty period.
LENSES, ACCESSORIES AND CARE
Soft contact lenses, their accessories and care products (solutions and moisturizing drops) are not guaranteed.
In the case of a manufacturing defect, the product will be sent for examination, and if the defect is confirmed, an exchange of the product or a refund will be offered.
The lens must be returned in the container with the solution and with the blister in which it was at the time of purchase. In this case, the return is made within 14 days from the day of purchase.
Claims for a possible defect and return of the lens are accepted from buyers who have a prescription for these lenses and the lenses are not worn for the first time. This rule also applies to colored lenses.

You can return sunglasses within 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase, if they are in their original condition without damage (scratches, chips).
To return, you need to contact the contact center for further instructions. It is necessary to keep the original receipt for the purchase of sunglasses (without the original receipt, the product cannot be returned) and the product with all accessories.
RETURN OF THE FRAME
You can return the frame within 14 calendar days from the moment of purchase, if it is in its original form without damage (scratches, chips), with all accessories and if it has not had lenses installed.
To return, you need to contact the contact center for instructions. It is necessary to keep the original receipt for the purchase of the frame (without the original receipt, the product cannot be returned) and the product with all accessories.
RETURN OF SOFT CONTACT LENSES, ACCESSORIES TO THEM, SOLUTIONS AND MOISTURIZING DROPS
According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 03/19/94 on the implementation of certain provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" and the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 360 dated 07/19/2005 (paragraph 16): contact lenses, their care products and solutions belong to medicines and sanitary and hygiene items, therefore they are not subject to return or exchange.
RETURN OF GOODS UPON RECEIPT
When receiving the goods, carefully check the contents of your order. You can refuse the order or part of it directly at the time of delivery, if the product does not correspond to the ordered one. The product can only be returned in its undamaged original packaging.
