
In 1992, he graduated from the Vinnytsia Medical Institute named after V. P. Pirogov, Faculty of Pediatrics.
In 1995, he completed a three-year internship at the Kyiv Institute for Advanced Training of Doctors in the specialty "Ophthalmology".
Since 1995, he worked as an ophthalmologist in the outpatient department of the Zhytomyr Regional Hospital.
From 1997 to 2003, he was an ophthalmologist in the emergency department of the eye department.
In 2003–2005, he underwent training in clinical residency at the Kyiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education named after P. L. Shupyk and completed a full course in the specialty "Ophthalmology" with a special course in healthcare organization.
From 2003 to 2021, he worked as an ophthalmologist in the department of lens pathology.
In 2022, he worked as the head of the ophthalmology office - an ophthalmologist at the Zhytomyr Central Hospital.
In 2022–2025, an ophthalmologist at the Asklepios Plus Medical Center LLC.
